Meet Mona Wind

There are moments in life when we know something deeper is asking to be seen, healed and integrated but you don't know where to look.

With decades of exploration, extensive training, and a life shaped by extraordinary experiences, Mona has developed a uniquely integrative approach to healing. Her work draws from Family Constellations, Akashic Records, Shamanism, Neuroscience, Advaita, Meditation, Shadow Work, EFT, Hypnotherapy, and other transformational traditions. But her greatest expertise is not in any single modality.

It is knowing where to look.

When a pattern continues to repeat—when relationships, emotions, fears, limitations, or life circumstances seem to return despite years of inner work—Mona looks beneath the symptom to the deeper influence sustaining it.

Sometimes the source is emotional.

Sometimes ancestral.

Sometimes neurological or embodied.

Sometimes spiritual.

And sometimes, several layers are woven together. Mona’s work is about discerning what is truly at the root, and then approaching it with precision, compassion, and deep respect for the wisdom of the nervous system.

Mona works at the intersection of consciousness, trauma, spirituality, and profound personal transformation.

The Intelligence of Protection

Mona understands resistance differently. When something feels too painful to face, the nervous system does what it was designed to do: protect us. For this reason, deep healing cannot always be forced. It must be approached when the system is ready, and at a pace that allows what has been held within to unfold safely and consciously. “Resistance is protection.” Her work is gentle without being superficial, and deeply spiritual without losing connection to the human experience. The intention is not simply to make a symptom disappear. It is to understand why it was there in the first place.

A Life Shaped by the Extraordinary

Mona’s relationship with consciousness began before she had words to describe it. At two months old, she experienced a near-death experience (NDE). She believes this early encounter opened capacities through which she has experienced what she calls the void, the field, and consciousness. The void is not emptiness. It is the fertile space from which everything emerges. Her life has continued to be one of extraordinary exploration.

She has lived in seven countries, studied in six different schools, and traveled to more than 50 countries, immersing herself in different cultures, philosophies, and ways of understanding human existence. In 1993, the sudden passing of her father marked a profound turning point. At the moment of his passing, Mona experienced what she describes as a transmission of information about her soul’s journey. Two months later, her father appeared in a dream and introduced her to the man who would become her husband. They are still married today.

In 2010, Mona experienced a profound Kundalini awakening in Sedona, AZ, USA. For four months, she felt intense energy moving through her body, accompanied by what she experienced as the dismantling of deep patterns and an opening of perception. This experience became another chapter in her understanding of how powerful spiritual energy can be approached with awareness, reverence, and gentleness. Her path has also been deeply influenced by India, her Indian heritage, and the Indigenous cultures of North and South America. These experiences have shaped her understanding of karma, consciousness, ancestral influences, and the possibility of liberation.

Beyond Technique

Mona’s most powerful teacher has been life itself—and the void. Her work is rooted not only in study, but in direct experience. She believes that when consciousness is directly experienced, it begins to move beyond an idea or philosophy and becomes something we embody. Today, Mona works with what she describes as her spiritual team, the void, Mother Earth, her ancestors, and the wisdom of Indian spirituality and culture.

“I do not work alone.”

Her sessions are an invitation into a deeper level of inquiry—beyond the obvious, beyond the story, and beyond the symptom. Together, you may discover what has been quietly shaping your experience, what is ready to be released, and what becomes possible when you return to a more complete expression of yourself.
